We are pleased to invite you to join the free Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) "Introduction to Resilient Urban Services...”.

This open on-line course intends to contribute to improve our cities by providing an overview of how to assess urban services vulnerabilities, interdependencies between systems and overall resilience of the urban System of Systems.

After this course and throughout different case studies (Barcelona and others) you will be able to better understand how governments, organizations and professionals are working with the municipalities to be smarter and more innovative by maintaining a cross-functional overview of critical service network operational status, as well as using analytical and simulation tools to continuously monitor and improve the resilience of urban services.
