This Self Assessment Tool should be completed using the Self Assessment User guide for instruction. Participants should fill out the Self Assessment Tool with information from their city. This should be done in advance of the Creditworthiness Academy event. Participants should then email their responses back to PPIAF at jprobyn@worldbank.org. Only one Self Assessment is required for each municipality, so if multiple colleagues from one municipality are attending the event, please colelctively fill out one Self Assessment with data from your city.
