Collaboration for Development (C4D) User Guide - the first few things a new member should do - Updated 02.20.19

New C4D members - after you register you should:

1. Add your Photo and Edit your profile - on the Blue "Bar" at the top of each C4D page you will see "Tabs"
   • Click the Profile Tab - this takes you to your C4D Profile - on the Profile - Picture Circle - click "add a photo" this will go to your computer files - select a photo, select "crop" option A, B, or C and Save.
   • Click on the "Edit" my Profile Tab (while you are in your Profile), then add information in the various section that you would like to share with other members - examples Occupation, Country, City/State, Autobiography.  This will help other members to connect and to collaborate with you.
2. Update your Notifications Settings to get email notifications re: new content, messages from other members, group updates, etc.
   • On the Blue Bar - click the Notifications Tab - click "Notifications Settings" - click "Email" - next to "Same as Web" click "Off" this will turn your email notifications "On.
3. Bookmark the URL to get to your Group the next time you visit - the first time you visit - Go to your Group "About" or "Home" page - then click "Bookmark" on your Browser - in Chrome - this would be a "Star" Icon to the right side of your Browser Window.
