As part of the proposed Disaster Vulnerability Reduction Project/Pilot Program for Climate Resilience for Saint Lucia currently under preparation, the World Bank will be financing the collection of hazard and risk information baseline. More specifically, the objective would be to identify, collect and characterize available hazard and risk information related to earthquakes, hurricanes/storms, river floods, coastal flooding including storm surges and tsunamis, sea level rise, and volcanic eruptions.
For this purpose, we are seeking qualified candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Earth science or similar disciplines with at least 3 years of experience in hazard and risk evaluations as well as geographic information management.
