On Monday, ESMAP hosted a BBL launching their new report on results-based aid (RBA) in the energy sector.The report considers whether and how to use RBA to support development objectives in the energy sector, and provides practical suggestions to recipients, funders and development practitioners on how to design an RBA agreement so as to increase the likelihood of success. Although its primary focus is on the energy sector, much of the analysis is relevant accross sectors. Check out the report in the attached pdf.
