Dear Chiyuki Mifuji,
This is Muhammad Ashiq Chaudhary from Pakistan. I have reached safely over
here. I want to apalogize for not attnding the
farewell session in Gonpachi. As you know I have got knee problem and
cannot walk for longer distances. Myself and Mahmood Hassan
took a taxi to reach Gonapachi but unfortunately he misunderstood the map
and dropped us in middle of Ginza at much distance away
from the destination. I could not walk to the destination and also it
became too late as no one there understood English.
So we returned to hotel. I thank you and other members of World Bank Group
who all were so kind to help us in every matter but again
appologize for not attending the farewll dinner which was a miss for me.
