I can recommend a karate school (in the Bethesda area) which is doing in person classes while maintaining COVID safety https://polanderkempo.com/

As far as I know, they also are running a distance learning hub where kids can do their online classes from. It's probably not listed on their website, probably details are available upon phone call.

I agree! I feel for kids that have to sit infront of the computer all day. Evening activities that focus on them being active is a great idea! If any are in Centreville area, I can recommend a takwando school in the area. Their online classes are fun, the instructor incorporate the use of green screen and visual to engage the kids. They also open in person class with COVID precautions, ATA Martials Arts, Virginia, (703) 988-9300, http://atamartialartsva.com/
