This report, based on the largest dataset yet (covering 1,265 companies, 23 countries, and six global regions), extends the research to examine the impact of executive team and board diversity on communities, workforces, and the environment. It highlights gains by women in the workplace and leadership roles, the increased likelihood of above-average profitability of diverse executive teams and boards of directors, and the robust correlation between diversity and higher social and environmental impact scores across all surveyed industries.
