This report spotlights how 38 for-profit companies across Pakistan are creating more equal workplaces for women. Since 2021, the Center of Excellence in Responsible Business (CERB) has partnered with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to promote the use of the Gender Diversity and Disclosure Scorecard in five key areas: leadership and accountability, workforce representation, the gender wage gap, workplace culture, and coaching and mentoring for female employees. The report is a review of policies and business actions submitted through the Scorecard by participating organizations. Recommendations are drawn from various industries – textiles, banking, power and energy, chemicals, telecommunications, and fast-moving consumer goods – as well as global best practices.
