Teuta is a consultant with Global Knowledge Office. She works on user engagement strategies, training facilitator for Spark and knowledge learning issues. Before joining IFC, she worked as a program officer at the Institute for International Law and Human Rights and its partner organization the International Network to Promote the Rule of Law - a project of United States Institute of Peace. Teuta also worked on the Rule of Law Training Project at USIP as an adult education adviser. Prior to joining USIP, Teuta worked for the Kosovo Trust Agency. From 2001-2003, she worked for the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) Civil Administration Pillar where she was involved in the creation of a new Ministry of Education for Kosovo. In 1999, Teuta served as an advisor/interpreter for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe -KVM Mission in Kosovo. before working for UN, she was a teacher. Teuta is a recipient of the Ron Brown Fellowship and, has a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University. She enjoys studying leadership issues, diplomacy and psychology.
