An innovative thinker with 15+ years demonstrated history of delivering timely, creative knowledge sharing solutions for diverse clients and organisations in a multi-cultural environment. EXPERIENCE SUMMARY Nicolas Meyer is a Capacity Building, Knowledge Management and Facilitation Expert. His last assignment was Knowledge and Learning Officer at the Centre for Mediterranean Integration (CMI) for the World Bank Group, MNA Region. His responsibilities included strengthening the CMI as an effective and recognized Mediterranean Knowledge Platform through knowledge management, learning design and facilitation of knowledge exchange events. His was focused on Forcibly Displaced and Water issues in the Region. Nicolas brings a strong expertise on Curriculum Development, Training Facilitation, Tacit Knowledge Capturing, Communities of Practice, Storytellers coaching, Knowledge Exchange Design & Implementation Advisory Services, elearning (including webinars) and production of case study videos. He previously worked as Project Leader with the World Bank Institute Multimedia Division, where he was managing complex and innovative blended e-learning and awareness raising projects. Mr. Meyer has a keen interest in developing video materials for capacity building and knowledge exchange activities. Prior to joining the World Bank Institute, he created an independent Belgian film production company where he produced several award-winning long feature films and documentaries. Mr. Meyer has also been working for the European Commission where he was in charge of training and external communication at the Media Programme.
