Based on the above vision, the mission of the Innovative Community Creativity Barn Foundation, namely: 1. Implement an inclusive and innovative approach to give tangible results and measurable impacts of the programs and activities implemented. 2. Eradicate poverty regardless of the form and cause, whenever and wherever it occurs. 3. Improving the capacity of human resources through quality education efforts for children, young people and society. 4. Realizing justice and Gender Equality, Empowering Women and protecting children by ensuring the placement of their rights. 5. Increasing the degree of public health by ensuring that everyone has equal rights to health services and quality medical care. 6. Ensure Environmental Sustainability through efforts to take quick action in combating climate change, water supply and sanitation. 7. Build strong infrastructure and continuous innovation to access science and technology by implementing Website-based applications in the administration, development and empowerment of rural communities. 8. Encourage continuous creativity and innovation through strengthening the capacity of youth organizations. 9. Establish a Global Partnership and expand cooperation with government institutions, funding agencies, and other parties as observers of social issues that are in line with the vision of the Foundation. 10. Increasing awareness, concern and sensitivity to other social problems in the community with a spirit of love and brotherhood. 11. Facilitating the community to bring needs and problems to the reach of observers of social issues. These values were created as our guideline in fighting for the vision of the foundation, namely: 1. Integrity. Integrity is formed when there are concrete actions based on values that give results from the trust of partners and sponsors. We will maintain integrity by fulfilling our commitment to deliver quality programs and maintain financial transparency. 2. Resilient. We always give our best and make every effort to achieve our goals by continuing to struggle to find solutions to every problem. We accept every challenge to learn and practice solving problems in creative ways. 3. Excellence. We set high standards on the program because we don't want to be easily satisfied with the results achieved but a process that promises satisfaction of results. Our satisfaction is there when we reach the objective and we will not stop before that happens. 4. Adaptivity. Our main focus is those who should be considered. We are always eager to adjust methods and strategies to give impact and results according to the expected target. 5. Passionate. We love work as a calling and want to continue to be faithful to the issues we live in. We want to deliver the best performance, by continuing to keep abreast of developments in the field and to expand our perspective, expertise and talents. Thematic Area Program Development Innovative Community Creativity Barn Foundation, namely the provision and improvement of access to productive resources and social services for all target groups. Based on the identification that we did, it was found that most of the women lived with pressure and submission because of acts of violence. This continues despite the struggle of certain institutions to social observers. In addition, we also find that there is a crisis of trust in young people in creativity and innovation and the condition of inequalities experienced by the elderly. Therefore, the only choice for Innovative Community Creativity Barn Foundation is to strengthen the capacity of target groups by improving the quality of social services, namely education and quality health and fulfillment of basic rights for all target groups through social protection schemes. In addition to supporting the development of their space for political participation, we will provide the widest opportunity for all target groups to innovate and creativity and protect their basic rights from various pressures and intimidation of interests so that they can voice and channel their opinions. This effort is the only absolute choice made as a manifestation of the transformation of the values of social justice and the enforcement of human rights. In addition, we strive to establish partnerships with all local interests in the regions that have intentions that are in harmony with the vision and mission of the Innovative Community Creativity Barn Foundation, namely government, community, traditional leaders, female leaders, youth organizations, women's organizations, P2TP2A (Service Center Integrated Protection of Women and Children), KP2AC (Subdistrict Level Women and Children Protection Group), KP2AD (Village Level Women and Children Protection Group, KOMDA LANSIA (Elderly Regional Commission) and communities that have the same motivation and intentions to realize Nagekeo changes prosperous, fair, equal, creative, innovative and inclusive. Innovative Community Creativity Barn Foundation was formed to support the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and continue to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program for the advancement of the Human Development Index (HDI). Therefore, the Innovative Community Creativity Barn Foundation in improving the Human Development Index, implemented the main program, as follows: 1. Eradicate poverty and end extreme hunger in whatever form and cause, whenever and wherever it occurs for low-income, poorest and most vulnerable people with efforts to achieve food security and improve nutrition, and encourage sustainable agriculture. This is an absolute choice to do because on the one hand it appears that the characteristics of the poor generally occur in people living in rural areas, on the other hand it shows that the low level of well-being is suffered by women and children because of their powerlessness to earn income , which is not worth the energy that has been poured out. 2. Improve the ability of human resources through quality education efforts for children, young people and the community both formal, informal and non-formal education so that they have a critical awareness to accelerate the sustainable development process, through: Education / Training / English Language Courses. Education / Training / Course Applications, Computer Technicians, Network techniques and introduction to website-based applications. Education / Training / Courses Music art. 3. Carry out productive economic development activities of the community with an empowerment approach in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry and home industry. In the field of agriculture can be done through biogas management activities from feces that have an impact on providing alternative energy sources for the community and the provision of organic fertilizers for farmers. In the field of animal husbandry it can be done through animal and poultry feed management activities. In the field of Household Industrial Crafts, it can be done through activities of rattan, pandanus and bamboo meubeller. 4. Fight for justice and Gender Equality, Women's Empowerment, child protection and inclusion that can be done with activities, as follows: Conduct studies and analyzes on all gender issues, violence against women and children. Public awareness and awareness of all gender issues, violence against women and children. Community advocacy on all gender issues, violence against women and children. 5. Increasing the degree of public health by avoiding the occurrence of maternal deaths after childbirth, preventing deaths of infants and toddlers, alleviating malaria and infectious diseases, providing information on family planning and reproductive health and ensuring that everyone has equal rights to health services , including quality medical care. 6. Ensure Environmental Sustainability through efforts to take quick action in combating climate change, providing clean water and sanitation, protecting and conserving ecosystems, managing forests sustainably, combating deforestation, stopping and restoring land degradation, and stopping the loss of biodiversity. 7. Build strong infrastructure and continuous innovation to access science and technology by implementing Website-based applications in community empowerment and village government administration, through activities: Manage government data and information and empower village officials by providing village website applications and licenses. Debriefing the app as an Admin. village website manager. Hosting data and information about the village on the village website. 8. Encourage sustainable creativity and innovation of young people through productive economic empowerment and strengthening the capacity of youth organizations, namely OMK, Christian Youth and Youth Mosques, through: Personality development which includes self-recognition and acceptance, related abilities, physical and mental toughness. Development of living life and the spirituality of the faith of young people in carrying out the duties of vocation and mission in the midst of the world order. Humanitarian development and solidarity to enhance dignity and human rights. Leadership and organizational development that becomes salt And light for others. Intellectual development and professionalism that includes critical thinking, analysis, reflective, creative and innovative. 9. Establish a Global Partnership and expand cooperation with government institutions, funding agencies and other parties as observers of social issues by taking into account the principles of effectiveness, credibility and accountability of programs that are in line with the vision of the Foundation. 10. Facilitating the community to bring their needs and problems closer to the reach of social observers and handling other social problems to the poor, elderly people, neglected children and victims of disasters, through: Distribution of cash social assistance to poor groups. Distribution of cash social assistance for abandoned children. Distribution of cash social assistance for elderly and elderly people. Distribution of cash social assistance to disaster victims. To develop and implement the program, the Innovative Community Creativity Barn Foundation will conduct 3 (three) community development concept approaches, namely regional approaches, ecological approaches and socio-cultural approaches to minimize various problems that occur. From the aspect of the regional approach, we have conducted a needs assessment and impact analysis of each region and region inhabited by the target group. From the aspect of the ecological approach, we will pay attention to the progress of the continuity of the program to support the development of a better life for the target group in a holistic and comprehensive manner. From the aspect of the social approach, we will analyze the impact of the program's presence directly for the community by respecting local resources and wisdom as social capital that has been inherited and maintained from the start. In planning programs and activities for the target groups, we have held discussions with various parties as local stakeholders at the village and regional levels, both government, community, traditional leaders, women leaders, youth organizations, P2TP2A, KOMDA LANSIA and various parties who have the same concerns to address the problems of women, young people and the elderly which are the focal points of the foundation program. We made the results of the discussion as a reference in formulating work plans and achieving the strategic objectives of the foundation. Therefore to achieve organizational goals and ensure a just and equal change in society, the Innovative Community Creativity Barn Foundation is committed to implementing an inclusive and innovative approach by giving tangible results and measurable impacts of the programs and activities implemented.
