Toolkit: Tools to Understand Social Issues in Energy" (Tariff and Subsidy Reforms in Europe and Central Asia)

I´m pasting below the link to the toolkit  "Tools to Understand Social Issues in Energy", which focuses on Tariff and Subsidy Reforms in Europe and Central Asia.

This toolkit aims to help teams working on energy subsidy and tariff reforms to develop qualitative analysis tools. The toolkit describes two sets of methodological approaches to understanding social issues in energy tariff and subsidy reforms: qualitative assessment tool and stakeholder analysis tool. Such qualitative research instruments can contribute to a better understanding of household vulnerabilities during the reforms, and help inform the design of mitigation and communication measures.
