Saving Costs in the Accommodation Business

    Target Audience

    The Saving Costs in an Accommodation Business course targets participants who are owners and managers of small and medium-sized hotels that have passed the survival stage, but don’t yet have a well-established internal system and set of procedures. Particular focus will be given to owners, managers and cost controllers of medium-sized establishments of 20-60 rooms.
