    A lot of people working with Digicel just don't have the training to run a proper business. We thought it was an ideal opportunity to partner with IFC to get  those people trained.

    First we had the crunch. Now we have new competitors who are accessing the market by undercutting our prices. As a result, customers are shifting networks. The Business Edge training I attended in 2008 was very helpful, largely in terms of planning and projections. Now only id we implement the plan A, but we also put to work plans B and C.
