About the GeoNode Roadmap Summit:

The GeoNode Project regularly holds roadmapping summits designed to bring the major GeoNode partners together to coordinate around a shared development roadmap and commit resources to it.  This year’s Summit is hosted by the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery in Washington, DC.  Previous summits were held by the World Bank in 2011 and Harvard University in 2012.  For more information and to view an agenda, please click on the link below.

The 2014 GeoNode Roadmap Summit is now in session! This year’s Summit of GeoNode developers is taking place in Washington, DC from January 14-17 to discuss ideas, release the final 2.0 version, and collaborate on a two-day “Code Sprint” to further ddevelop the GeoNode. For those interested to follow the events and participate, there is a Google Hangout to connect remotely and related documents available online.

Code Sprint Session - Remote access (Jan 16-17)

You may access the Code Sprint ession remotely through #geonode on irc.freenode.net. Code Sprint event will allow developer to focus on specific coding to futher develop priority activities for the GeoNode.
