In Deir Alla Municipality, we follow a number of procedures to reach the point of approving the budget. First, we ask our different departments to provide the Mayor with their priorities depending on the notes they got and requisite of the community. Then, we ask the Municipal Council Members to provide the Mayor with their priorities. We announce the public community to put their points of views. We discuss all that at the level of the headquarters staff. Then, they are discussed with the Council. Then public hearings held. This way we prepare the budget. Then it goes its official procedure to be approved.
