The SLB Connect Initiative has been implemented by WSP with the following two defining attributes:

1. extensive use ICTs for rapid data collection, improved quality assurance and transparency/ dissemination;

2. use of demand side metrics (aligned with supply side indicators) and sharp analytics to help integration with decision making.

The dashboard showcases survey results from 5 cities (data from approx. 29000 households) and the platform was recently adapted for conduct of City Sanitation Ratings by the National Ministry of Urban Development to cover 75 cities. Field observations were collected using the SLB Connect functionalities and citizen feedback (80000 responses) was collected using IVRS systems.
