My last blog post addressed the need to bring students and young professionals into active involvement with Agenda 2030.   Creating pathways for getting Millennials involved in achieving successful SDG outcomes is certainly one of my primary goals for the time I have left on earth.   During my career, I came to know altogether too many people who greatly needed a long-term helping hand that program funding by the UN, WBG, bilateral donors, local government organizations and NGOs were not equipped to provide.

 

An exciting new ICT technology, which I believe can substantially improve the capabilities to communicate, build understanding and find ways to solve problems  to bridge the 'development funding and program gap' will now be used on a US university campus.   I was pleased to read that the University of Colorado at Boulder http://www.colorado.edu/today/2017/03/22/global-chats-made-possible-high-tech-shipping-container
