Do you want to know what your colleagues thinks about something? Create a poll in C4D and make it easy for people to vote on!
Polls are great to get a feel for what your colleagues thinks about different topics and can help you identify what your colleagues are really interested in, so that you can frame your content more successfully to drive engagement. In addition, polls are low risk types of content, that require little commitment and engagement from your peers: it just takes a few minutes to vote and the vote is anonymous!
To create a poll:
Click > Poll.
Give the poll a title and description. The title will appear above the list of options in the published poll, so you should use it as the poll's question.
For example, "What should be our next e-discussion about?" The description will appear on the page that lists the poll's full results.
In the Choice 1 and Choice 2 boxes, type in answer options. For example, choices for the next e-discussion poll might be, "Topic 1," "Approach x," "Solution y," and so on. You can also add choices.
Select a place in which to publish the poll.
Add any tags to the poll so it will show up in searches.
If set up in the space, you can select the Category to which this poll belongs.
To change the publish and end dates of the poll, click Advanced Options > Change voting options. You can set the date you want to publish the poll (immediately or a specific date) and when you want voting to end (on a specific date, in X amount of days, or manually).
