Hello Nasrin, greetings from Dubai. Yes, it would be great to share the description of creditworthiness activities (and possibly their challenges/results) among our members. For example, I launched a directory of members' professional data (LINK), so that we can all share our basic information for peer-to-peer collaboration. We could launch a similar inventory for activities related to creditworthiness. Do you want to facilitate such an exercise? This platform needs champions to lead initiatives so that our community can be the first stop for knowledge sharing on Municipal Finance.
To get you started, a great project around municipal crediworthiness and financing, the Financial Institutions Reform and Expansion Program—Debt & Infrastructure (known as "FIRE-D") is documented on this site: LINK
Another website of interest is PPIAF's Sub-National Technical Assistance (SNTA) Program, with references to other knowledge resources: LINK
Attached below is a Handbook on Municipal Credit Ratings which I find most useful.
Hope this is... better than nothing!
