There are many less privileged and extreme poor people among us. Some are suffering from sickneses of different types, some suffer from hunger. There is need to locate such people and render help to die. Many of such people die untimely due to lack of attention. Some even develop depression due to the fact that they don't have a helper.Such people need to be given shelter, food and clothing which I know are the basis human needs.

Firstly, Thanks for asking this question. It really makes sense for the challenges in front of the world.

The most important fact is that many less privileged people are dying due to various reasons like sickness, hunger etc. and out of that, I think hunger is the most prominent one. Here we can say that if privileged people control the wastage of food and start the planning to donate the food left over to hungry people then that will be one of the ways to make smiles on the faces of less privileged ones.

In today's world, we often see the problem of sickness in the people who are below the poverty line or the less privileged ones. The reason behind this is many out which malnutrition is the important one. No proper nourishment or no proper food is available for those people as the result they opt the path of different types of addiction and spreading dirtiness to the environment and that causes a negative impact in the society.

              Education on wheels

A service for students of the less privileged community to allow them to have a human connection through education. This is a service wherein a fully equipped schools bus will go to the people who are in remote areas &/or less privileged. Education on wheels is fully equipped school bus having the following:

              • Educational material
              • Educational Toys
              • Two computers
              • One TV
              • One chief teacher
              • One assistant teacher
              • One driver

This is another way of making smile on the faces of less privileged ones.

Reduce Food Waste, Gain Food Experiences

Getting food to people before it goes waste. That is the simplest way to reduce food waste. The problem with catering companies, or anyone with a potential surplus of food, is that there is a cost involved in transporting the excess food where it is needed. Companies and governments sometimes offer tributary benefits to incentivize food-producing entities to get their unused surplus to shelters before it goes to waste. However, What if you involved the community, local commerce and individuals alike, in recognizing this is a big problem that requires all hands on deck?  anyone with a means of transportation can help transport excess food from a restaurant or catering company to a food shelter. People that do this will receive Flow points that they can redeem for food experiences.

The next factor for making smile on the faces of less privileged ones is a shelter. We often see that the poor people sitting beside the roads and begging which create a bad impression in front of the world. This is one of the major concern of different developing countries to remove poverty and provide their people with a good lesson of life. Among that shelter is the one the biggest challenges.Governments are implementing various policies which are only for making these poor and less privileged people happy by providing a solid home. For these different projects are in places to identify a good place and build housing society wherein the people below the poverty line can sustain their life in a good manner.

Less privileged ones' are suffering from another problem that very often they have been neglected by the society. No one cares about them, they feel lonely throughout the life. There are various reasons for being less privileged. Some of them are the victim of some natural calamities and some are suffering from wrong policies of the government. It is the prime duty of the people who are sitting in the power to look after them along with the support of a common public. We never know which human being has the potential to do something that makes everyone feels proud.

Depersonalization is the biggest reason of feeling stress and depression. As mentioned earlier there are few major concerns which needs to be look after to make them happy.

                      Education for less privileged Ones'

This is to increase enrollment and retention of poor children in schools by engaging children, teachers, parents and community members in fun and skilled based community gardening enterprises. School and community-based gardening activities will be jointly designed by children, teachers, parents and communities and incorporate aspects of nutrition education, modern gardening/farming techniques and skills and activities that can enhance children’s psychosocial well-beings. These activities can also help children easily understand the technical contents that are sometimes hard to grasp.

One of the major challenge faced by organizations is accessibility to the less privileged ones. Sometimes they are located in unsafe regions, hence making it difficult to carry out activities aimed at promoting education. To address this issue there is the Tele-Education Center (T.E.C). TECs will operate twice weekly and cover primary age group children. TECs will offer: Science, Math, Languages classes and conduct arts and culture sessions aimed at providing the refugee children exposure to the beautiful and vibrant world of music, dance and singing. These center are being connected through a head office through the internet.

                          company, government, society cooperation.

The company provide sponsorship, government provide political and economic support, society provide guidance...

The Company can provide money support on education resources, such as textbook, stationery or desk, and chairs, with company's logo or advertisements. the company can provide sponsorship to the students, such as, if some students get all HD marks during the study, A company can provide job position for them after graduated.

The Government should provide support on political and economic regulations. For example, implement regulations on underprivileged education protection. If some company provide money support on education resources, they can reduce their taxes.

Society can have guidance program. It is the people of society who will look after these poor people and encourage them and guide them for their betterment.

Minimizing the food waste of house and offering the same to the needy ones.

If we want, it is simple to make smile on the face of a less privileged person. We have to try to make our home nearly zero waste by sharing food with the street people or the beggars. In the house of members more than 5, sometimes it is quite difficult to measure the accurate quantity of food to be cooked and hence it result for wastage and that's the point to share the same to the hunger one.

In our country India, we often see that the social occasion like marriage, birthday party, family get together etc it is quite tough to predict the numbers of guest and we assume the number of heads and in most of the cases there is lots of food left over. That's the time to offer the food to poor people.

In our country, we offer food to the less privileged ones in a bunch and that's called "Langar" means the way of offering free food to the needy people in a group and it becomes "Langar for hunger ones"

The next one is the pilgrim places where the people who come to worship and if their wish has been fulfilled then they come up with a unique idea which is to feed the poor people. This is kind of ritual which is being followed by almost every state in our country. We can take example of Golden Temple at Amritsar.

Another problem for less privileged ones' is being isolated from society. There are various reasons behind this out of those not having any kind of source of income is the major one. As mentioned earlier, the creation of job is very essential for these kinds of people. It can be of different forms. like small welding factory, gardening, handlooms etc

                                    Community building for poor ones

Privileged people of a particular society can make a pool of educated persons who can collaborate with each other and take the responsibility of teaching those poor people in different parts of a particular area.

Dr.Sukumar Kar, am extremely impressed by your write ups. You did a very

                                        tremendous work.

If all these measures are put in place and practised by the rich and the

government in putting smiles to the faces of the less privileged ones,

there lives will definitely be positive.

The premature death, stress, hunger, depression etc experienced by the less

privileged ones will be a thing of the past. All hands must be on deck in

giving help to the needy, orphans, homeless ones. Our society at this

present dispensation doesn't ought to have been seeing with street beggars.

Those needy ones are our fellow human humans. Therefore, let us give them

smiles by our helps to them.

FPS stands for fair price shop, It is the shop runned by the government approved retailers who sell different items like wheat, mustard oil, sugar etc at very low and subsidized rate to the poor people.

The above write ups and suggestions should be used to form a policy by the Workd Bank. The policy will reach the governments starting from the Federal, state and local government. The policy will be implemented by the governments. The World Bank, will have agents as Dr Sukumar Kar, myself Dr.Njideka Gloria Ikegbusi and other members who care for the less privileged, beggars, orphans, downtrodden, motherless ones etc.I suggest that once the Policy is implemented, we the agents will reach to the grass roots of their problems thereby help in solving their problems. These actions will go a long way in extending the life span of the less privileged, thereby making stress, depression, premature death, constant sickness, lack and want etc to be a thing of the past in the lives of our fellow human beings (the less privileged).Their faces will always beam with smiles.

For instance, in my country, Nigeria,I,Dr.Njideka Gloria Ikegbusi can take it upon myself to be a sort of relief to the poor masses. With the help and financial support of the World Bank Group, I can create a conducive environment where some of these less privileged will come and learn craft and other trades thereby becoming self employed .I can go to the extent of gathering the beggars who walk in the streets and teach them craft and trade. We must definitely join hands and put smiles on the faces of the less privileged. God created everybody equal,so let us help one another.

I believe that the world will be a bed of roses for these poor and less privileged ones if these suggestion are put into policy.

Firstly, Thank you very much for the positive notes and accelerating our motion to move ahead in this regard. It is really a great gesture receiving this kind of appreciation from the great personnel like you.Yes, You are very true that today the problems of less privileged people should be taken care by every government and the respective societies. They need immediate attention. In our country, poor &/or under privilege persons are one of the major challenges. We often see that governments are initiating different types of policies to safeguard and protect those people but still there is something where we are lacking and it needs to be pointed out minutely. Not only the governments but the passionate people who really wants to support those poor people should come up and join hands together to up lift their lives and of course success will follow accordingly.

The growth momentum has to be accelerated through timely policy and governance initiatives and it should be the forefront of the development agenda with a focus on inclusive growth. Success depends on great themes, good commitment and outstanding ideas. Our thirst area is to put a workforce with the poverty line where there is no light and no shelter. We want to bring the light in the lives of the poor people through diverse technologies and also through the social transformation mechanism.

Infact, I don't know how to appreciate you.I cry and shed tears daily whenever I go out and see my fellow human beings collecting and eating food from rubbish places. A woman and her four children were seen collecting rotten bread and mucus filled rice, yam etc.and putting them inside a bag. The youngest of her children was crying profusely, the woman just gave her a mucus filled bread and the child started munching it immediately. I went and gave her the only money I had and promised her that soonest, she would smile. She said.."Aunty if ever anybody makes me to come out of this my great horrible situation, I will never never forget that person in my life, that the person will ever be my second God" My eyes were filled with tears and I left.

In most rural communities of Nigeria, there is no source of portable water supply; there is disease infestation, malaria attacks, extreme poverty and hunger. Our government call it recession. In those communities, the rate of death and infant mortality are always very high. Our government is not helping matters at all. They all fill their pockets and bank accounts while the less privileged ones suffer and die.

Most families in those communities can hardly afford a square meal a day. Some usually go to rubbish places to collect rotten thrown away foods by the affluence and rich ones. They equally live in shanties and do not have good clothes to put on. Most often, I give them some of my clothes.

Most sicknesses and deaths are caused by hunger, bad foods and starvation. If one remembers or imagines what it means to be hungry and do not have hope of getting a meal from anywhere, anyway, it's better imagined than experienced.

Some less privileged ones even go hungry for a day or more. Some have not even experienced schooling, while some have dropped out of school because their parents could not afford to pay their school fees or the orphans don't have anybody to take care of theirs. Some live inside mud houses under leaking thatched roofs.

In my community, Agulu in Anambra State of Nigeria, I had seen a widow died in pains from a disease which was curable just because there was no money to go to hospital or healthcare centre. I did the much I could by buying drugs for her at the pharmaceutical shop. She needed to be operated on as a result of fibroid growths, she also had high blood pressure. She died untimely at the prime age of 38 years living four young children who are now orphans. She died because she could not afford proper medication or going to a hospital.

These and many more are some of the challenges which prompted me to write on "HOW TO PUT SMILES ON THE FACES OF THE LESS PRIVILEGED" I  cry always whenever I go out and see my fellow God created human beings suffer and die wastefully just because they are poor. There is need to provide my fellow human beings (the less privileged ones) with basic needs of life like food, clothing, and shelter. Education is also included because education is the GREAREST INVESTMENT in life. When they are educated, they can learn many things which will expose them positively and lead them to be self-reliance even if there is no white collar job. There are many entrepreneurial studies one can embark on which lead to self-reliance.

I, Dr.Ikegbusi, Njideka Gloria from Agulu in Anambra state of Nigeria can take it upon myself ,because of the GREASTEST ZEAL AND PASSION, I have for the UPLIFTMENT of the lives of the less privileged ones and for them to smile like the rich ones; I can conscientiously, through the assistance of the World Bank Group which I am a member; build homes for the homeless, award scholarships to children from poor families, pay off medical bills, buy foods and clothes for the poor, help them with crafts and compute training for self-reliance and support them financially to start their own business like buying sewing machines for those who know how to sew, buy computers for computer literate ones etc.

Finally, my GREAT passionate appeal to the World Bank Group is to help and assist me put smiles on the faces of the less privileged ones as it will go a long way to reduce stress, depression, suffering, diseases/sickeneses caused by hunger and untimely death in them.

I also appeal GREATLY and PASSIONATELY that if am taken and be employed as one of the World Bank Group workers or agents, I will be tremendously extremely very happy.
