Dulce Dulce has more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of Learning, Knowledge Management and Community Building, acting in various roles. During her first full-time job she worked as an instructional designer and facilitator at the Virtual Campus of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico from 2005 to 2007; she then became the key local counterpart of international projects such as the “ACE Electoral Knowledge Network” and the “Inter-American Electoral Training Seminars'' while working at the National Electoral Institute of Mexico from 2006 to 2010; and before joining the WBG she worked at the Organization of American States (OAS) as a learning coordinator and project manager designing and implementing development projects such as the “Regional Knowledge Network of EducaSTEM Practitioners” (2010 - 2015). Dulce joined the WBG in 2015 as Learning Specialist at the Open Learning Campus. Since 2022, she is in charge of the IEG Academy program. In her free time, Dulce enjoys being a storyteller for kids at the Mexican Cultural Institute in Washington, D.C.
