Pavel Brechko I was born on 1.07.1983 in Minsk. I studied at: secondary school № 32 in Minsk; Belarusian National Technical University; Branch of the Belarusian National Technical University "Institute of Improvement of Professional Skills and Staff Retraining on New Directions of Engineering, Technology and Economy". I worked: as an engineer in the motor transport department of the Minsk Automobile Plant; as an engineer of the passenger transportation department of the transport company "Minoblautotrans", in various positions in the Ministry of transport and communications of the Republic of Belarus. Dipan Bose Born and raised in India, I am a road safety engineer with research experience in designing interventions for the mitigation of motor vehicle crash trauma. I did my Ph. D. from the University of Virginia specializing in injury biomechanics with focus on design countermeasures applicable to vulnerable road users. Prior to joining the World Bank, I was working on US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration projects related to crash investigation, trauma mitigation and other aspects of road injury epidemiology.
