A joint World Bank-IFC team is looking for local consultants based in Pakistan, with a proven track record of experience in the solar lighting space, to carry out a Market Assessment in Pakistan of the demand and supply for hand-held solar lighting devices in off-grid areas, based on identification of key stakeholders. 

The duration of the assignment is three months.
