Hi Jenn, I think World Bank Group staff and Consultants (Internal Members) must first join the HEALTH FINANCING RESILIENCE AND SUSTAINABILITY - WBG ACCESS ONLY C4D Group first and then also be logged into Collaboration for Development (C4D) to access the Internal Resource Library.
Currently, if they click on the link above (before they "Join" the mentioned group and log into C4D), then they will get a 404 Error. - Bruce
