Metropolitan strategic planning is all about thinking outside your boundary

in a spatial as well as a practical manner. Cities with multiple jurisdictions

need to think outside each of their city and district boundaries to ensure land

use, network infrastructure and services as made available where people demand

or will demand them. Think Outside Your Boundary also pushes us to think
