From December 10th - 15th 2013 experts from Barcelona, Paris, Seoul, Rio, New York (virtual participation), Cali and Chennai got together with the technical teams from MMRDA as well as with participants from Mumbai Municipality (the largest and most prominent municipality within MMR), the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, the Mumbai Transformation Support Unit, and a small technical team from the World Bank.
