The Global Lab on Metropolitan Strategic Planning (MetroLab) took place June 15-18, 2015 in Paris, France. The Paris Region MetroLab, hosted jointly with ADVANCITY, was supported by the French Ministry of Environment, Sustainable Development & Energy and the local authorities in the Ile-de-France area on behalf of the Government of France, and the World Bank. The Paris Region MetroLab focused on climate change, which coincides with the dialog to be held in the upcoming United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 21) occurring in December 2015.

The MetroLab enabled the exchange of knowledge on strategic metropolitan planning and management. Since 2012, MetroLab has developed a dynamic community of practice which is providing peer input to the preparation and implementation of metropolitan and regional plans as well as the overall management of metropolitan cities. The program includes a large number of knowledge partners including global cities which serve as learning laboratories to further enrich the knowledge exchange.

Please take a look at the interactive agenda below which includes links to the presentations.
