Who we are ************** 1000 Shades of Women Foundation International has been active as an informal body since 2014. It has received recognition from the United States Government as a 501c3 tax-exempt public charity. 1000 Shades of Women International's main focus is on the advocacy of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015 Mission The mission of 1000 Shades of women is to present avenues that will empower women in all areas, by cultivating an enabling environment that will promote equal access and opportunity to education, gender Equality, human rights health, education, climate change, and environmental degradation. Our main goal is to empower youth and women through economic and emotional support facing stigmatization to violence, prevent teenage pregnancy, and rape, and promote STEM education for all youth mothers. To promote economic empowerment for families through tradesmen leading to entrepreneurship and to focus more on three pillars of sustainability – economic viability, environmental protection, and social equity. Vision ****** The SDGs not only provide us with a clear roadmap of where we need to be by 2030 to create a more sustainable world, but they also provide businesses, governments, civil society organizations, and academic institutions with the chance to create new opportunities, develop innovations and build new markets through which is important benchmarks that have been discussed and agreed upon by governments throughout the world.
