2013 – Moldova, European Roads (closed)

Road project. Upgrade. This Project is part of a more comprehensive rehabilitation program including also Projects "Moldova Roads II" and "Moldova Roads III". The Project scope includes the recovery of ca. 500 km (200 km in the first phase and 300 km in the second phase) of trunk road network sections on the two main axes (North-South and East-West). The road sections are located on Pan-European Corridor IX, running from Moscow to Kiev and Bucharest.

Technical description

Road sections and Supervision contracts financed by the EIB through this finance contract include:

  • International Engineering and Management Consultant
  • Rehabilitation of R3 Chisinau-Hincesti road km 7+820-km 22+000
  • Construction Supervision of civil Works R3 Chisinau-Hincesti road km 7+820-22+000; km 22+000-km 29+920

 

  • Rehabilitation of M2 Chisinau-Soroca road km 54+850-km 71+165

 

  • Rehabilitation of R3 Chisinau-Hincesti road km 22+000-km 29+920

 

  • Construction Supervision of Road Rehabilitation Works: M2 Chisinau-Soroca km 26+200-km 54+850 - km 71+165.
