How can smart technologies help expand equitable opportunities to all including persons with disabilities and the elderly? In celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3rd), this event explores the nexus between smart and inclusive cities with a vision to utilize smart technologies to build cities that are disability-inclusive and age-friendly. This webinar will present emerging initiatives and practices from inside and outside the World Bank, showcasing how digital technologies can enhance participation of persons with disabilities and the elderly in cities of countries diverse as El Salvador and Uruguay.
