Anyone can request to join the course and space is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Course content will be most useful for policymakers, civil servants, civil society organizations, members of the World Bank Group, academia, and development partners. Past course participants are from regional/state/district health authorities, Ministries (e.g. Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Planning) national health insurance agencies, as well as mid-level managers working on health policy, public and private sector health staff, health researchers, graduates from schools of public health, congressional members, and health researchers from think tanks.
