Guidelines for Environmental Compensations In Ethnic Territories

This document contains a summary of the legal and conceptual foundations of two approaches: environmental regulations and ethnic regulations, the guidelines for work in collective territories and the scenarios that would guide the implementation of compensation. Finally, a summary of the experience of the pilot in ASOCASAN shows the learning generated by the practical application of the guidelines.
