This instrument is to help support the incorporation of the environmental dimension in strategic decision-making, through policies, plans or programs, providing recommendations and inputs to maintain and generate development processes that contribute to preventing, controlling and reducing deforestation; managing the closure of agricultural borders; and influence the territorial organization.
